Date: April 18th 2008


We got to the deadline on filing our taxes this week and I was able to plant 13 of the 16 acres with hay seed. Hopefuly we'll get some rain tonight to get it started.

In the tomato house last wek we hit 2100# +-our biggest week this season. We're heading for ~1700# this week. Guess you know what we've been doing in our spare time.

For Sat: eggs, tomatoes, burpless cucumbers, colored sweet bell peppers, asparagus, squash, zucchini, green onions, cilantro, spinach, carrots, salad mix, arugula, pecan tarts, fresh baked breads, canned goods, pestos, dried fruit, herb plants, basil plants, eggplant, tomato and pepper plants, and fertilizer.
